Abstract

Organizational immunity is one of the most important organizational characteristics for organizations; this is due to the advantages this characteristic achieves for organizations and this characteristic can be achieved through the behavioral integration of senior management. The main objective of the research is to test the relationship between the behavioral integration of the senior management team and increasing the organization's immunity. This research was applied to a sample of workers in Al-Hajjah Aj Private Hospital in Karbala Governorate, where the number of respondents reached (131) individuals. After conducting the necessary statistical treatments on the sample's answers, it was concluded that there is a direct relationship with statistical significance between the behavioral integration of the senior management team and the organization's immunity. The research was divided into four main axes. The first axis included the research methodology, the second axis included the theoretical framework of the research variables, while the fourth axis dealt with the practical framework of the research, and finally the fourth axis dealt with the conclusions and recommendations reached by the research.
