Artificial intelligence applications in institutional management: The Ministry of Education in the Sultanate of Oman as a model

Abstract

The research aims to demonstrate the applications of artificial intelligence in institutional management in the Sultanate of Oman as a model, and to identify the challenges facing institutional management from the application of artificial intelligence. The descriptive approach was adopted, and the result was that there is difficulty in using artificial intelligence applications to perform advanced-level administrative tasks and relying on the use of traditional computer patterns. This requires financial resources for training and development of teachers in schools, as well as the availability of school infrastructure.
